From his debut album, Eldorado, Ro James releases the rock-tinged Holy Water, a emotional track about finding redemption and stability in love. The song is full of beautiful imagery but, with the visual, the director managed to match the grittiness of James’ vocals while still giving us some of the beauty in unexpected places that the song eludes to.
It can be very hard to peak interest in an album that has been out for nearly a year and has had most of it’s songs released as either buzz tracks or official singles, but they may have managed to do it here.
You haven’t gotten a copy of Eldorado yet, you need to. It’s available from all musical outlets.
