Saero – 나 요즘

Our lyrical grasp on this one is shaky but we still love it.  (Update: Translation found!)

This young, female singer managed to fly under our radar for a while before we just happened to run across her on someone else’s playlist.  Saero’s short, three-track EP offered three different tastes of her vocals talents and, while we nearly went with the opening song that reminded us of a SPOOKS tracks, the harmonies between her and Ant are what ultimately sold us.

Soulful and confident, we hope that we get to hear more from Saero in the future, especially considering that her style of music is one that has been slept on in Korea until now.
