SHINee – Sweet Surprise

This has a been a great year for SHINee.  While Jonghyun has been solidifying his bonafides as a multi-slash soloist, the group as a whole released the direction-changing Odd and then re-released it as Married to the Music, which featured the amazing title track and showed the group in a new light.

Now they have released their new Jpop album and, while there are some Japanese versions of their Korean hits, one of the standouts was a jazzy slow jam that fit right in with the Odd Eye feels that made that song so great.  Flushed out with lush harmonies that have been the group’s calling card, we would love to see this made into a single in the near future.
