We have no idea how this collaboration came about, but we love it.

JYP penned a track about ladies telling their cheating boyfriends/husbands to shut the hell up and be a man about wanting someone else.  That sentence could absolutely sum up this review and tell you everything you need to know about the song, but getting Tiffany, Jessi,  Min Hyo Rin, and You Hee Yeol to put in time on the vocals is just icing on the cake.

The song is not meant to be taken extremely seriously (like a lot of JYP’s songs as of late), but it’s not done in such a way that it’s awful to listen to.  It’s well produced with its fierce, disco-y sound and the ladies do a good job of harmonizing their extremely disparate voices for the chorus.  Jessi and Tiffany manage to steal the show without really stealing it; excelling at their parts while still being a part of the team.

The lyrics are straightforward but have that air of truth to them that makes them work on an emotional level.  Using the man’s words against him (I think that’s JYP doing the male voice) and telling him she’s heard it all before works and helps to sell the song’s legitimacy as a straight piece despite the comedic elements that are on display in the visual.

This is probably a one-off thing, but it works and is a fun listen.
