Diddy still has enough clout in the industry to do better than decent sells on a quality project upon release, so it’s cool that, for his birthday, the producer/rapper dropped MMM for free. It’s not the best of Diddy’s compilation albums; there’s a little too much French Montana (he guests on four of the tracks, which would have been unheard of on his pay releases) and some of the production is a little uneven in spots, but this is solid for a party tape.
There has been a complaint about a lack of substance (and I agree with it) but, as affluenza rap goes, this is pretty nice. It won’t be something you listen to all the time, but it does it’s job.
