Can something sound like sex?  Because this sounds like sex.

Hailing from Burlington, Ontario, Keaton Smith fuses rock, blues, and jazz into the kind of sounds that just take you in from the first note and hold you tight.  Reminding us a little of psychedelic Santana without the Latin influences, Plain Suit has a smolder to it that is hard to explain.  The ballads, while short, are dark and moody with strong emotional content.  Everything (with the possible exception of Cold Metal due to the revving engine) has a seductive quality to it without sounding like it should be in the Red Shoe Diaries.  If you give this a chance, you will be more than happy with what you hear.
