Just wanna see where your head is, not where your bed is.

Keith Phelps is just trying to get his conversation on.  Letting the woman he’s speaking to know that he has no ulterior motives, the singer/songwriter makes it clear that getting to know her is the most important thing to him at the moment.  The production of the track is interesting, starting off sounding like it’s going to be an EDM track before transitioning, quite suddenly, to a R&B track with the intro being used as background in the chorus and bridge.  It gives the feeling of their interaction rising above the cacophony of background noise and the usual player BS to become something different.
