Combining the production from Janet Jackson Any Time, Anyplace with a fan-favorite track from her Fear Of Flying album, First Time, Mýa gives us a taste of what will serve as her upcoming album’s outro track.  In a style that will remind her older fans of the slower track on Beauty & The Streets, the seductive track has the songstress melding her own style with a more modern aesthetic for something that comes off as vulnerable yet self-assured.

While we don’t yet have enough of the track to judge the lyrical content (the total track is just shy of seven minutes), we can tell that the album itself seems to be geared towards taking on the theme of a quiet storm-styled radio show.  Considering the release date, we should probably expect her to strongly play up the sensuous angle.

Smoove Jones will be released Valentine’s Day.
