Zico has just released his first solo EP and continues to show that he might just have what it takes to merge his idol rapper status with his more serious rapper designs.  His new single, Eureka, is a lust-filled ode the Korea’s fairer sex.  The saxophone riff that features highly in the production give the track a lot of bounce and also has the added benefit of making the song feel lighter.  Part of the problem with songs that are so hard core on the sex angle (when we get the fully translated lyrics, you’ll see what we mean) is that, when the performers take the song too seriously, it can make the song feel a little threatening.  Zico and Zion.T have managed to bypass that feeling for something still has the guy swagger but can be enjoyed by (a certain swath of) female listeners.

We’ll have lyrics for you very soon.
