Mark Borino is seeking to follow his dreams and break out in the music industry.  Based on what he’s displaying here, he might be able to do it.

Writing, singing, and producing all the tracks himself, Borino delivers MCMXCII, the freelease follow-up to his pay release First Time Around.  The tracks here are solid and have a nice flow to them.  He shows a nice range of styles in the productions he creates and the lyrics, while nothing new, make sense and define the mood well.  His vocals are nice as well with a strong tenor that shifts up and down slightly to good effect.  While there isn’t a lot of cohesion between tracks here (it’s meant to be promotion of his abilities after all), there is something to enjoy in short spurts.
