Starting off with an intro that is actually a full track, Liane V finally drops a pay release after teasing us with freebies for the past year.  Featuring the previously released Reasons and the new Doin’ To Much, this project has a strong summer feel to it with its predominately bouncy productions and bright rhythms.  Liane’s vocals are sweet and somewhat limited in range, but she used her abilities to their fullest making every song interesting and a good listen.

Lyrically, the songs are pretty pop but there is an underlying strength that comes across, primarily though the singer’s delivery.  Even in tracks where she saying that she will wait for a man or is mourning the loss of a relationship, the singer never makes it seem like she’s lost the core of her being to the situation, giving every track an identity that is hers.

This is definitely worth a few listens.
