B.Slade and Angie Fischer are succumbing to love and they like the way it feels. While B.Slade takes the verses in a somewhat odd monotone, the background vocals and more dynamic chorus vocals make up for it, especially with the addition of Fisher as she begins to back him up. There is a lush quality to this track as it goes on as the vocals continue to build to the point where the voices truly become another instrument in the production. And the beatwork has a nice feel as well. The simplicity of it truly allows the vocalist to shine and forces the listener to get wrapped up in their tone for the emotional weight. The lyrics are also simple, but they have strong imagery and really evoke the feeling of loving someone for more than just a fleeting moment. It all ends up being a song that will hit you in your feelings and make you hit repeat.
