This really isn’t a remix as much as it is a cover of the Mishon track from last year.  The fact that his falsetto isn’t as lush as Mishon’s makes the track sounds light with its more minimalist production (the original wasn’t as muted and relied more on the bass to fill in the spots left by the lack of basement in the singer’s voice).  But that fact aside, he actually does a good job of making the track his own, putting in adlibs that fit his vocal style.  These sections become some of the strongest parts of his version is telling and it also goes a long way of to distinguish it from the original.  While we like the Mishon version better, we wouldn’t be averse to a mashup or a duet.
