In a performance video that also shows the meaning behind the song, the beautiful Monifah shows that she’s still got it in her visual for One Moment.  Portraying the singer taking in a little private time to lounge on the couch, have a nice cup a tea, enjoy some art, or relax with a view she lets us all know it’s okay to take that moment to decompress.

Invincible, her upcoming EP, is expected to be released later this year.  This is the first single from that project.
