Treasure Davis is mad at her man and herself. She hates everything he does makes her sick…sometimes. The singer lets us in on a dysfunctional relationship that has her coming back for more even though she knows how it will turn out. The upbeat production is a nice mesh for the tone of Davis’ raspy vocals and somewhat a disguise for the subject of the track. Kid Ink also lays down a pretty good verse as the man in the relationship who is dropping his excuse and covers for his behavior. It lyrics are solid (despite the cursing) and really get into the mind of someone in this situation, proving that a fun track doesn’t have to have gibberish lyrics.
We are looking forward to more from Davis as she gears up for an official release.
