Jayd Ink released her first new single of the year and it’s a bit of a switch-up from her previous work.  While her last EP had a more alt. R&B sound to it, the production of this one has a more traditional R&B to it with a switch over at the end to something more jazzy.  About her working up the courage to tell her crush how she feels, her sweetheart tone is a perfect fit for the track as it adds vulnerability to theme.  Her vocals are the strength of the track as she gets really soulful and sells the emotion of it all.

No word yet if this is a loosie or the precursor to a new project.  Only time will tell.
