It’s coming to the end of summer (despite the temperature in some places), but Tyree’s new freelease might help ease the transition to fall.
While definitely aimed at a younger audience, there is something enjoyable for just about every listener when it comes to content. Some of the tracks have that dark, turn-up vibe to them, but there are also some slow jams that will strike a chord with fans of more modern baby-makers. Lyrically, the songs are all par for the course, but they get their point across and manage to stay interesting, though language might be an issue for some. His tenor vocals are not the most dynamic when it comes to range, but he does use his vocals effectively on every track and help brighten up the dark production.

You’re right. His voice has a soothing tone to it that hits the spot, but that language has gotta go. Ruins the experience for me. I’m not a prude, and my language isn’t always above board, but here it sounds like it was merely put in for effect, which does not fly. JMHO
I actually think he talks like this naturally, buy it can break the mood of a song sometime. HJ and I talk about that in one of the upcoming podcasts where I have her listen to kpop tracks and then have her tell me what she thinks before and after I translate them.
