…goingtohell is an interesting track from Miguel’s Wildheart as it plays with the idea of false idols.  He loves his woman so much that he worships her and would do anything to keep her favor.  The pop/rock production with some hip-hop samples in the background gives this song a strength that it wouldn’t have had on a more melodic beat.  Instead of sounding whipped; he sounds dangerous.  The singer’s vocalizations help with the feeling as he (in key) belts out that he would go to hell if it meant staying with her.

The visual picks up after the events of NWA, Miguel and his lady are in a gallery featuring his pictures of her.  The two dance around one another in the gallery full of unmoving people.
