This usually happens whenever Eric Bellinger drops a project; unused tracks start making the rounds on the internet.  This one, Too Bad, is actually really good.  While we understand why it wasn’t used for Cuffing Season (it wouldn’t have fit in with the different style he went for, production-wise), we are happy to hear it.  The distinct lack of autotune on this track shows that the singer is more than capable of handling a track in his natural voice and that many songs would be better for it.  We will say that the style of the track reminds us Bellinger circa In The Meantime with its more laidback production and more melodic vocals, so this could be an older track.  Of course, with Cuffing Season II on the way, this might be the singer going back to his roots.
