Tiyon Christian is tired of being taken for granted by the object of his affection.  Lamenting over how she treats her new guy like designer goods while she treated him like dollar store knock-offs, he takes the step of saying where he went wrong with her; not making her earn his love.  TC’s vocals are stunning, as always, as he knows just how much power to put in his delivery to make the mood come across effectively.  The lyrics are solid, with the metaphor of designer merchandise working well throughout.  The downside is the production which, while a good match for the song, is a little on the generic side and reminded us of Kelly Rowland’s Red Wine without the throwback feel.  Still the track is more than solid and worth more than a few listens.
