Vanessa Elisha must be determined to become the sexy summer jam singer.  Last year we got Midnight Swim and now Down For This.  Both tracks have a similar feel with their dark production and their illusions to sinking beneath the waves that are love, but Down For This has a slightly brighter feel to it, mostly due to Elisha’s vocal adlibs which add a new dynamic to the track.  The B.Lewis production also has more areas of levity with the faster-paced breakdown that harken to EDM.  While we don’t want her to get stuck rewriting the same song over and over, we’ll take this  one because it just hits that good spot in our ears.
