B.Slade (AKA Tonéx) is telling tales out of school on his new track, WYD, which stands for what you doin’.  Taking inspiration from his days as a gospel singer to influence all aspects of the track, the singer tells the story of he and his significant other catching one another creeping on the ‘Gram on Sunday morning.  The production has the cadences of a gospel track even though the instrumentation is different.  The background vocals also have a gospel choir feel as they have the full-voiced harmony sound.  B.Slade’s lead vocals are strong and add more energy to an already energetic track.  He gives a gospel show out with his range while maintaining control so that he doesn’t sound like he’s losing himself in the moment.

This will appear on the Suxxess Records All-Stars compilation album.
