The ladies of Rawyals (Ariel, Asia & Bel) don’t have a damsel in distress complex.

All about their supreme reign as women, King Me might be the female anthem to beat this year.  The production is strong and full of attitude, as are the lyrics, which are simple but make sense and get their message across.  Their vocals appear to be strong as well, although we caveat that statement by saying that we haven’t heard them enough to tell if each member took turns with the lead and background vocals.  The verse by Fetty Wap fits in well here and starts off the track right (although you might be mistaken if you thought the name of the song was Royals or Royalty given how much her repeats their name).  Altogether, it’s a solid opener for a group that seeks to be “kings” in the industry.

This is the group’s debut single.  Their EP, In The Raw is scheduled for a June 30 release.
