Songs sung by Jamie Foxx have been making the rounds on the internet for about a week now, but this is the first official single that we’ve gotten.

Over a pulsing beat with a great staccato melody, Jamie Foxx sings about his lady has changed his mind about settling down.  The track has a nice pace and the addition of Chris Brown on the background vocals and final bridge is a nice touch, tone-wise.  The lyrics are the only questionable part, at least on Brown’s section.  While Foxx manages to keep it respectful (cursing notwithstanding) and about more than the physical, but Brown’s verse deteriorates quickly into the sexual quickly.  The aside is quick, though, and the song immediately gets back on track afterwards.

This is the first single from Foxx’s as-yet untitled album due to be released May 19.  The single can be purchased from digital outlets.
