Mariam Aquarium is having an problem in her new relationship…namely that it came to be by her and her new man cheating on their mains.  The track is a strong one with strong lyrics because she approaches the subject in a realistic way.  She wants this new love to work out, her conscious and the fear that the same will happen to her.  By the end, when she sings I know you’ll never hurt me, you feel like she’s trying to convince herself instead of the listener.  The vibe of the track is very Jhené Aiko in production and singing style, though so we can only hope that future tracks showcase her individuality more.
