After a bit of an extended break, singer/songwriter Conya Doss is back with a ballad about all-consuming love.

With the aid of a mellow production that features a tinkling piano and pervasive bass, Doss goes into detail about how it feels when she and her man are together (it can be taken either way).  While some of the lines are little cliché, everything gets the point across well.  Her voice carries the feeling of a woman who is satisfied (again, take it either way) with the man she has chosen and wants nothing more than to spend as much time as possible with him.

Doss’ upcoming seventh studio album will be called VII.  We’ll keep you posted about release dates.
