Our last Christmas-themed post of 2014 is actually a freelease that came out in 2013 but didn’t get a lot of attention at the time.
kAui is a singer/songwriter/producer who put a lot of effort into a compilation of holiday classics, refixes, and new material to express his feelings about the season. Punctuated with interludes that have memorable lines from movies and Christmas specials as well as personal feelings, it becomes clear by the second track that this is more than just someone remaking their favorite holiday songs.
