I think it can be said that there is a new era slowly emerging in music and Nikki Jean is seeking to be a part of it.  Her lyrics have little bit of everything; there’s some mind expanding, some social awareness, and a little fun.  Her vocals are lowkey but strong with a little bit of a gravelly edge to them.  The production of the tracks included have unifying sound, but there is enough variance to keep you interested.  We hope this is the precursor to a full project that’s dropping soon because we are eager to hear more.
