Kelly Rowland gave birth to her son, Titan Jewell Witherspoon, on November 4 and now, just a week later, she has put her emotions into song.  The short ballad is tender declaration love that just tugs at the heart strings with it’s lyrics: Before I ever knew your name/Before I held you hand/I loved you.  Produced by Verse Simmonds, the track is piano-driven with a mildly up-tempo backbeat.  Rowland doesn’t try to vocally show out; she is gentle yet emotional. a perfect fit for something that is meant to lull a baby to sleep.  We can only imagine how many mothers will be humming this to their little ones when they put them down for the night.
