Kay Cola seems to be taking a page out of the books of Tinashe and Jhené Aiko with her new track.

The singer/songwriter sings over an alt. R&B track about being able to love her significant other without constraint. The lyrics sound like something you might hear at a poetry slam with it mixture of metaphor and street language. A nice track that kicks off the first of the artist’s More Vibe Mondays that will lead up to the release of her full-length LP.
