There are a few artists out there that need to learn the definition of “blue-eyed soul”; listening to this track would be a good first step.
JP Cooper returns after releasing his EP, Keep The Quiet Out, just a couple of months ago with a song about love given and not returned. Featuring his acoustic guitar playing with just a hint of electric guitar in the background and accompanied by a lilting piano, Cooper sings with soulful vocals about his heart revolving around a single woman and vowing to wait for her. He shows of his range by singing in both falsetto and his regular, tenor tone; switching between the two almost seamlessly.
This track doesn’t seem to be available for purchase or download anywhere, but we’ll let you know if that changes.
