Some of us haven’t heard from singer Lumidee since she released Never Leave You (Uh Oh) back in 2003.  She has been releasing music, including a remake of Patrick Swayze’s She’s Like The Wind, pretty consistently since then; it just hasn’t broken through to the mainstream like that first single.  She’s seeking to change that with the release of her new mixtape that is full of refixes of some of her favorite rappers’ tracks.  Surprisingly fun to listen to, we are eager to hear some entirely new material from Lumi in the near future.
