From the Netherlands come a female duo that blends “R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop which incorporates the belief of self-empowerment” to come up with what they call Street Soul.  The track Celebration has a bit of a early 90’s throwback production and is all about taking time to enjoy the fruits of our labors and the beauty of life.  Despite the mid-tempo pace of the song, there is a wonderful energy that flows through the marriage of the ladies’ (Juliet and Janice) voices and the beatwork.  The third single off their upcoming album Poisoned Pawns, set for release in October, we just might have to make a place in our music library for these talented newcomers.
