Jazmine Sullivan teamed up with NPR this past July for the Essence Music festival and one of the things that came from it was an impromptu, powerhouse performance of a new track by the R&B veteran.  In barbershop, surrounded by men who had been talking football just moments before, Sullivan gives an acoustic performance that mesmerizes all those present.  The song, about how women should learn from her mistakes and be careful with their hearts, is probably not what a lot of the men listening would be into, but you can see them vibing along and bobbing their heads.  No word on whether this song is going to be on her new album, but it is definitely worth a spot somewhere.
