The vets are coming out to play!

R&B group Hi-Five is planning to make a return with their comeback digital release, Hi-Five: The EP, on August 12th.  The leading single is a grown-up, sexy ballad to the woman that makes loving her man look easy and is not afraid to put her freak hat on.  The production will take longtime listeners back but will not leave new listeners wanting.  The vocals take some getting used to for older fans (they are nearly twenty years older now), but they are strong and a perfect offset to some of the predictable tenor that dominates radio.  Definitely a good listen and opening shot; it might be too much to ask if it can get better.
