It’s not every day that Gladys Knight cosigns a new singer.

Previously going by Brandon Avery, Avehre has released a new track all about the end of a relationship that has been going off the rails for a long time.  With such a sensual production, it’s hard to believe this song is about two people who do nothing but hurt each other.  Still, the smooth delivery from Avehre makes this a joy to listen to.

Look for more from this singer as he is currently on tour with Knight and will be joining her on her new album, Where My Heart Belongs, due to be released on September 9th.
