I have never heard a song about fighting for love that is so densely constructed.  Much like the material from SZA’s Z, the lyrics to this song have to be thought about for a minute before you can completely understand them.  What is new is the slightly less moody production and the amazing vocals that SZA provides.  Perhaps spurred on to up her game by the incredible Jill Scott, SZA leaves her low-key raspy style behind for a more keyed up delivery.  This is something that most neo-soul and R&B lovers need to hear at least once.
