This is not the Jarvis that you’ve heard before.

Jarvis got attention from many listeners for some of his sweet ballads, but in the last year he has made a decided (and slightly unconvincing) turn to a more hardcore sound.  His lyrics have more edge, as evidenced by his new single 100 MPH.  Proclaiming that good dick make her fall in love, Jarvis spends the song talking about how he can’t wait to get back to his main chick while (possibly) telling her that he stays running back because she puts it down better than his groupies.  The production is generic and while Jarvis’ voice is strong, it’s just too gentle for this kind of song.  Probably not a hit, but better than most radio filler.
