It’s not everyday that a female artist gives you the musical swag of D’Angelo, the vocal talents of Ledisi, and the lyricism of Amil Larrieux all rolled into one package, but Carmen Rodgers has done it.  While you will recognize the components I listed, there is something very unique about this artist that will make you want to keep listening.
